Epoxy Wipe Method

This is a method for preparing moldless fiberglass layups for paint

1)     Rough up fiberglass with P40-P80

2)     Spread dry micro balloon mix on the surface (ideally deeper than final surface profile)

3)     After it cures, block sand down to final surface profile

4)     Remove dust

5)     Squeegee on straight epoxy, then squeegee every bit of it back off

6)     Wait for 45 minutes and repeat, 4-6 times in total

7)     Wait for 2-3 day until it gets good and hard

8)     Block sand with P180-P220

9)     Prime with 2K urethane primer
