No Knead Crusty Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

320g             Bread Flour

235g              Water, very warm

¼  Tsp           Yeast

1 Tsp             Salt

 

Process

1)     Mix ingredients together.  Cover and rest for 3 hours at room temperature.

2)     Turn out dough on a floured surface.  Fold edges into the middle about 12 times.

3)    Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.  Shape into balls by folding edges inward.  Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.  Rise at room temperature for 35 minutes.

4)    Bake at 450°F  for 25-30 minutes.

*     You can reheat at 325°F  for 10-12 minutes.
