3-3.5 cups Bread Flour
1.25 cups Warm Water
1.5 tsp Dry Active Yeast
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1) Mix sugar, then yeast into water. Wait 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to form.
2) Mix in about ¾ of the flour, then salt. If too wet, add in more flour until not sticky and a little bouncy.
3) Turn our on floured board and knead for 5-10 min. Cover and rise for 30 min.
4) Roll out about 1” thick, then roll into loaf. Pinch in seams.
5) Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Score and cover and rise for 20 min.
6) Preheat oven 375°
7) Glaze w/ 1 egg/1 tsp water mix
8) Bake @ 375° for 24 minutes.
