3 cups Rotini (dry), or other pasta, tortellini is also good
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
½ cup Milk
2 cups Broccoli Florets or other veggies
2 cups Sharp Cheddar, Shredded (8 oz)
1 cup Medium Cheddar, Shredded (4 oz)
1 cup Sour Cream
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
1/3 tsp Garlic Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1-2 tbs Olive Oil
½ cup French Fried Onion
1) Preheat oven, 375°
2) Boil pasta to 1 min. less than al dente
3) Season Chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper.
4) In a large skillet, sear chicken for approximately 4 min.
5) Add in broccoli and cook for about 4 more min.
6) Add in milk, sour cream, soup, and sharp cheddar.
7) Combined everything in greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
8) Top with mild cheddar, cover, and bake for 20 min.
9) Remove cover, top w/ French fried onions, bake 8 more min.
