1                    Cabbage

1 lb.               Lean Hamburger

1                           Onion, Chopped

½ cup            Celery, Chopped

4 cups           Tomatoes or Tomato Juice

AR                  Salt and Pepper

AR                  Breadcrumbs (optional)



1)     Brown Hamburger, drain off some fat

2)     When the hamburger is mostly done, add onions and celery.

3)     Add in the tomatoes.

4)     Pour over casserole dish, half full of shredded raw cabbage.

5)     Bake covered, 350°, 1 hour.
