2-3 lbs Pork Stew Meat
3-4 Potatoes
1 Onion, Chopped
¼ cup Flour
32 oz Chicken Stock
15 oz Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1 can Rotel
8 oz Hatch Green Chilies
15 oz can White Hominy, Drained
1 tsp Garlic Salt (maybe a little less)
1) Cut pork into bite sized pieces. Shake in bag with flour. Place chicken on bottom of crock.
2) Peel and dice potatoes and onion. Dump everything else on top.
3) Cook on low 6 ½ - 8 hours.
